Review the Registration Policy and fill out and return the Tuition Payment Options and Registration Form (along with first month's tuition) to secure your child's place in our program.  

You may download and email these forms to pellvillepreschool@gmail.com, mail forms to Pellville Early Learning at 2430 KY-144, Hawesville, KY 42348, or drop them off in the pelican mailbox on the porch of the preschool at the address listed above.
